The Prosperity Pot Founder, Pauline Dawkins
The Prosperity Pot is the brainchild of Pauline Dawkins. She is an emerging non-profit leader whose substantial experience includes opportunities to create and implement positive action intervention programs that interrupt patterns of entrenched systemic discriminatory practices that bar the inclusion of racial minorities, women in leadership roles, and other non-traditional groups.
Pauline’s insights gained in the diversity and inclusion arena spans over 20 years from her unique childhood experiences to her influence with corporations and institutions such as the British Broadcasting Corporation (public sector), school districts, and multiple non-profits. She continues this work as a consultant to corporations and as a life coach to individuals today.
Pauline’s knowledge, passion, dedication, and wisdom are the core ‘ingredients and nutrients’ that she gives to growing and sustaining a rich, flowing Prosperity Pot, creating an outpouring of opportunities for untapped leadership.
